We understand that sometimes admins lack the context or access to address DLP issues like external shares or public files. Therefore, we've introduced a "notify users" remediation option, allowing admins to collaborate before resolving the issue in Guardz. File and sharing details are emailed to the selected user for appropriate review and decision-making on sharing permissions.

As administrators resolve security issues in Guardz, through manual or automated remediations as well as ignore actions, the issue details now includes a log of what actions were taken, by whom, and when.

In accordance with the latest compliance and regulations, MSPs can now delete managed accounts from their instance of Guardz and individual businesses can manually remove their own accounts as needed.
