As part of our continued commitment to giving the best experience for MSPs, we adjusted our admin navigation flows. The top bar of the platform is now designed for MSP admins to add/manage customers and to generate/review reports. The customer toggle at the top left of the web app allows for MSPs to navigate throughout the product and easily shift between single customers and into an aggregated view of all customers.

Several updates to the look and feel of the MSP Dashboard are designed to bubble up the most important tasks and help direct admins to relevant workflows. It is now easier than ever to link to urgent issues associated with customers, users, devices, assets and more. In addition, more security insights and operational tasks are highlighted to ensure MSPs have deployed their clients to the fullest capabilities of Guardz and are aware of real security risk across their customer base.
