Security Controls are at the core of how Guardz protects an organization from active threats. As an MSP, managing the setup, settings and configurations of these settings across multiple customers can be complicated and tedious.

The new Global Security Controls allows an MSP admin to easily monitor & manage the status of each control and configure the default settings to be applied to each of their customers.

When looking at the Security Controls across "All Customers", admins can now see a summary of which customers have activated/deployed which Controls and those that are still pending action. They can also see the most recent scan or sync and the relevant metadata for each.

On top of this new summary view, several of the Controls now have a "Global Setting" capability that will be inherited as the default configuration for each customer. For example, Email thresholds, block & allow lists, and Endpoint policies can be set once and passed to the customer base.
