Where IT Operations Meet Agentic Security: Guardz Connects with NinjaOne

October 2026

The new NinjaOne PSA integration connects Guardz’s agentic workspace security with MSPs’ existing IT workflows, helping teams deliver stronger security with less operational complexity.

Guardz automatically creates tickets from security issues and incidents, bringing detection details and investigation updates into NinjaOne PSA. Technicians can review what was detected, see which customer is affected, and follow progress within their ticketing workflow. Two-way status synchronization reduces duplicate updates across platforms.

What’s new

  • Automated ticket creation and status sync: The integration automatically creates NinjaOne PSA tickets from Guardz security issues and incidents for mapped customers, with two-way status synchronization to keep both systems aligned.

  • Ticket synchronization modes: Choose Create only or Create and Update to control whether the integration creates tickets only or also updates them.

  • Customer mapping: Associate Guardz customers with their corresponding NinjaOne organizations to route tickets to the correct customer account.

  • Priority mapping: Map Guardz severity levels to NinjaOne ticket priorities.

Authentication renewal and notifications:

The NinjaOne PSA connection requires reauthentication every 30 days.

7 days before disconnection, all active MSP admins receive an email notifying them that reauthentication is required. This email is sent in addition to in-app alerts in Guardz.
