Syncro PSA Integration Setup

1. Create required settings on Syncro platform

  • Go to the 'Settings' section, scroll down and click on 'API Token'

  • Click '+ New'

  • Go to the 'Custom Permissions' tab

  • Provide the new token with a relevant name (expiration can be left empty)

  • Grant all permissions

  • Scroll down and click on 'Create API Token'

2. Setting up the Integration

  • Open Guardz platform, and navigate to 'PSA Integrations'

  • Select the Syncro option

  • Copy the API Key from the newly created entity in Syncro (step 1) and insert the string properly

  • Retrieve and copy the 'Subdomain' from your Syncro account

  • Insert the domain to its proper place

  • Retrieve and copy the 'Base URL' from your Syncro account

  • Insert the domain to its proper place and click 'Testing Connection'

  • Define the sync strategy (Sync behaviour & Sync Start Point) and click 'Next'

3. Assign the Organizations

  • Create the customer mapping according to your preferences

  • The list on the left shows all your tenants in Guardz, while the list on the right displays your organizations in Syncro

4. Select the Mapping Strategy

  • Set the desired strategy according to your business preferences

  • You may set the following:

    • Priority mapping

    • Default status mapping

    • Default ticket type

    • And others
