What’s the feature about?
The Security Business Review is designed to give MSPs a streamlined way to discuss security risks and demonstrate value directly with customers. Security Business Reviews are a great way for the MSP to update their client on the status of their security, including their digital footprint, awareness training campaigns, and financial exposure. This information can encourage the clients to continue or expand their work with the MSP and Guardz. This report provides a summary of security activities, compares current and past data to track progress, and includes a behavioral analysis to identify user habits and potential vulnerabilities.
The business review can be spun up on-demand but will also be automatically generated on a monthly or quarterly basis (depending on preferences). An email can be auto-sent to admins to keep them informed when a scheduled report is ready.`
Here's a breakdown of what the report includes:
Cover Page: White labeled (branded) to include the MSPs logo and contact info and the details of the specific company (industry & size).
Security Summary: Overview of digital assets, financial exposure, security score over time and a breakdown of all detections & responses within the given time period.
User Posture: Analyzes detections tied to specific users, including cloud behavior, completion of security awareness training and response to phishing simulations.
Email, External Assets, Endpoint and Cloud Data each have dedicated sections to show the detections & responses as well as specific breakdowns of assets and threats.
Glossary & Common Threats: The report wraps up with a glossary to explain terminology that may be unfamiliar to the customer as well as common threats to facilitate broader security conversations.
Create, Schedule & Auto-Send
Creating a new report
To find all reports or to create a new report, select the Report icon (green arrow in image below) at the top right of the screen or click +New (purple arrow). The on-demand version of the report can be created from the "New" button on the top bar, the Growth Hub, Customer page or from the Reports page.
Viewing Reports
Via the “All Customers” view you can see an overview of all Security Business Review reports by customer, as well as filter for reports based on different criteria such as Time Frame and Currency.
To explore old reports for a customer select Customer > History Icon. A panel will open that shows all previous reports and allows you to download, export, or delete the report.
Scheduling Reports
Settings for the scheduled report can be managed through the "Edit report" button (gear wheel icon):
Scheduling can be set for monthly and/or quarterly
The MSP can decide which user from the organization will automatically receive the report when it is run.
Auto-send will email MSP admins when the report is ready

Answer: The Security Business Review can be automatically shared with any Guardz admin within the MSP's organization. If you'd like to share it with other team members or clients, please download a copy and send it to them directly via email.
