Meet Adaptive SAT: Security Awareness Training that Runs Itself

We are introducing Adaptive SAT, which combines phishing simulations and security awareness training into a single, AI-driven program. Set up each customer once: compliance frameworks, training and simulation schedules and languages, and reminders. Adaptive SAT then instantly builds every user a personal roadmap. From there it plans, delivers, tracks and adapts on its own, per user rather than per campaign. No more building and rebuilding campaigns client by client.

What's new

  • A plan for every user: each user gets their own roadmap based on their risk level, role, history and context across Guardz, drawing on signals such as mailbox activity, browser threats, identities, incidents and open posture gaps.

  • Difficulty that adapts: the program calibrates difficulty per user — stepping up for those who consistently pass, and easing off, and leaning toward teaching over testing, for those who slip.

  • A much bigger library: 132 phishing simulation templates and 66 training modules, with no per-campaign template cap.

  • 75 languages: training videos and phishing simulations are both available in 75 languages, set separately per customer.

  • Teachable moments: when a user fails a simulation, the plan steers toward remedial training on that topic as their next step.

  • Delivered straight to the inbox: simulations land directly in users' mailboxes, and training emails and reminders go out under your brand — your name, logo and reply-to.

  • Every step explained: each scheduled step carries a plain-language reason for why it was chosen for that user.

  • Clearer results: link clicks and submitted credentials are tracked separately, each user is rated On Track, Needs Attention or Falling Behind, and results feed the Adaptive Security Awareness Report in Agentic Reporting.

  • Onboarding bundles: build a ready-made set of training that is sent automatically to anyone joining a tenant, helping new employees get up to speed and meet awareness requirements from day one.

  • Compliance CSV export: export every step each user has taken in ASAT to CSV in one click, giving auditors a detailed record of awareness activity.

You stay in control

  • Choose which customers to move to Adaptive SAT, in bulk or one at a time. No customer is enrolled automatically.

  • Configure Adaptive SAT once, then tailor it for specific customers or individual users, down to per-user reminders, difficulty, or excluding someone (an executive, say) from sends. Settings can be changed at any time.

  • Preview the exact email or video queued for any user.

  • Cancel any scheduled step with a reason. The reason is recorded in the user's history and feeds back into how the plan adapts.

  • Stop a customer's whole program with a single toggle, after a confirmation.

Good to know

  • Supported environments: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

  • Legacy SAT: Adaptive SAT and the manual (legacy) SAT sit side by side in the Security Awareness section, and you can switch between them. Existing legacy campaigns keep running as they are until the end of the year.

  • Before enrolling a customer, allowlist Guardz's simulation sending domains so Microsoft 365 does not filter or rewrite the simulations.

  • End users: nothing changes for your customers' users. They receive training and simulations the same way as before.

  • Tip: the first steps go out about a week after you enroll a customer, so give them a heads-up first.
