We’ve added the 'Detection Date' field to the 'Dark Web Activity' section in the Prospecting report.
This enhancement provides a more comprehensive view of dark web activity, offering additional context for better tracking and analysis.
Email Headers: Viewing Headers and Improved Analysis
It is now easier to analyze email headers by viewing the email's source code, including both the header and body.
This update simplifies the process of email analysis, making it easier to examine headers for security threats while giving admins access to the raw code when a deep forensic examination is needed.
What’s New:
Email Source Code: You can now access the full source code of emails, including header and body, to better understand email security risks.
Copy Button: A new copy button simplifies the process of pasting the source code into external tools for further analysis. By copying the entire section, the analyzers will automatically parse the headers, eliminating the need for manual selection.
Customers’ Trial Expires Notifications
We’ve introduced two email notifications for MSP admins to keep them informed about their customers' trial status. These reminders aim to ensure that MSPs assign a plan to their customers promptly to prevent any disruption in security services. The first notification will be sent one day before the trial expires, and the second after the trial has expired.
1st Notification: Trial is ending tomorrow
2nd Notification: Trial Has Expired
