New "Archived" Status for Detections (Release Notes October 2024)

Updated over 5 months ago

To help reduce noise and improve your experience, we are introducing a new "Archived" status for Detections.

This feature allows users to manage the most relevant Detections while automatically archiving those that are no longer applicable after a specified period.

What's New:

  • Automatic Archiving: Detections will automatically move to "Archived" status 14 days after detection for specific issue types:

    • Alert Emails

    • Spam Emails

    • Quarantined Emails

    • Suspicious Logins

  • Remediation Options: Archived issues can still be remediated, with the additional option to change their status to "Ignored."

  • Exclusion from Security Score and Dashboard Counts: Archived issues are excluded from score calculations and removed from dashboard counts, ensuring accurate scoring and a streamlined view of active, relevant issues.

This update optimizes issue management, allowing you to focus on active detections while maintaining control over archived items.
