My Profile

In the My Profile section, each Admin user sets the preferences of the notifications only they will get from Guardz when a new issue is open.

  • Real-Time Notifications:

While the toggle is ‘On,’ when a new issue is detected, an email will be sent to the user’s email. When set to ‘Off,’ no notifications will be triggered over the email, and the user will need to connect to the platform to view the issues.

  • Real-Time Minimum Severity:

What is the minimum threshold for getting issue notifications based on the issue severity: Info, Low, Medium, High, or Critical.

* For example, if the severity is set to ‘Critical’: Only issues with Critical severity will trigger an email notification. At the same time, all the lower-severity problems will require review in the Guardz platform.

* Another example: If set to ‘Info’: Every new issue will trigger a notification email to the Admin users.

Make sure to whitelist [email protected] in your email address book to ensure that you receive the notifications in your inbox and so that they do not get quarantined.

As an Admin of the MSP account, you can control the notification settings for each of your customers and set different notification configurations for each one.


Organization Settings

The settings in this section will control the branding of all the external communication with your customers and prospects.
If you wish to adjust the contact information in the email banner or in the prospecting report, or change the logo in the emails, that should be done in the Organization Settings.

Set the following Organizations Settings:

  • Company Name

  • Upload the square logo.

  • Upload the horizontal logo.

  • Contact Name

  • Support Email

  • Support Phone Number

The branding assets will be used for the following:

  • Quarantine email

  • Email banner

  • Awareness campaign email

  • User portal

  • Installation request email

  • Issue notification email

  • Prospecting report

  • ROI report

    And more..

Organization Settings: MSP View

By default, these settings will be applied to all the customers the MSP manages, while each one of them will have the option to override these settings in their platform view and upload their branding.

By default, these settings will be copied from your MSP, and the configurations will be grayed out. If you wish to use your branding, you can override these settings by checking the box at the bottom of the screen: Override Global Settings.
